Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required or related field.
• Valid Ohio license through CSWMFT Board (LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC).
• Experience with trauma-informed care and family-centered approaches.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral health services to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support learning.
• Deliver crisis intervention and referral services as needed.
• Maintain confidential student records per regulations.
• Provide staff training on SEL and trauma-informed care.
• Ensure on-site presence at least one day per week and participate in program activities.
