Effective School Solutions is a leading provider of school-based mental health services, delivering a full continuum of clinical programming within public schools. We seek clinicians to support students with comprehensive care and family involvement.

You will work in a school-based setting, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and collaborate with families and school staff to promote emotional and academic success.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of service.
• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Experience working with schools, families, and community-based services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and professional licensure.
