Advocate Health seeks a qualified CMA/RMA to join the School Based Medicine - Virtual Health team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on accurate patient information collection, vital signs, and liaison with families in a high-volume clinical setting.

You will perform CLIA-waived tests, manage an EMR system, and support care plans while leading junior staff. 40 hours/week, full-time, with benefits in a hospital-based program.

Qualificações

• High school graduate; BLS as policy requires.
• Current CMA/RMA certification from AAMA, NHA, NHCWA, NCCT, AMT, NAHP, NRMA or ARMA.
• 5+ years CMA/RMA experience after certification date or eligible for CMA II via Advocate Health CEU program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate patient care and excellent customer service.
• Interview and record medical information; measure vital signs.
• Update health maintenance and allergy information at visits.
• Perform CLIA waived tests and in-office POCT per standing orders.
• Lead and train lower-level staff; maintain EMR system as super user.
• Complete required annual in-services and unit-based projects.
