Job summary

Qualifications

• Attendance and positive work attitude required.
• Experience with adolescents/children.
• Experience in health care and/or mental health setting preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and functions of the SBHC including Behavioral Health and Medical tasks.
• Organize and maintain record keeping systems; patient registration, encounters, notes.
• Schedule student appointments for medical and Behavioral Health.
• Facilitate communication among LCHC, Lynn Public School staff, nurses, parents, and SBHC staff.
• Monitor patient flow and maintain order; stock clinic supplies.
• Report pertinent patient observations to the appropriate provider.
• Maintain confidentiality per LCHC policy.
• Attend mandatory trainings and prepare reports for DPH and SBHC.
• Perform word processing and data entry; assist with referrals and follow-ups.
