Job summary

The role is full-time, split between Connery and Ford Elementary Schools, offering collaboration with teachers, social workers, and leadership to provide trauma-informed care to children and adolescents.

The successful candidate will have MA licensure or eligibility (Psychology, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) and participate in supervision, continuing education, and potential loan repayment/salary

Qualifications

• Licensed or license eligible to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Experience in quality improvement activities and program development helpful.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and integrate behavioral health with primary care.

Responsibilities

• Create patient-centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment and case management.
• Perform biopsychosocial diagnostic evaluations with patients.
• Collaborate to integrate behavioral health care with primary care.
• Engage in collaborative crisis management in urgent situations.
