Responsibilities include school-based counseling, crisis intervention, and developing behavioral plans. The role requires a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, Texas licensure, and two years of counseling experience with children or adolescents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited college or university.
• Texas licensure as LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT required.
• Two years’ experience providing responsive counseling services to children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Counsel individual students and small groups addressing needs and concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention services.
• Consult with parents, teachers, administrators regarding intervention strategies.
• Conduct mental and behavioral health assessments and communicate results to staff, students, and parents.
• Maintain required records and ensure confidentiality and professional standards.
