Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking an energized Unit Director to lead operations at Badger Elementary School, Highlands Elementary, and James Madison Middle School sites for the 2026–2027 year. You will oversee program delivery, staff development, and safety across multiple school campuses.

The role emphasizes youth development, collaboration with school partners, and data-informed decisions to create safe, engaging environments where children can grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting planning and supervising activities.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles, behavior management, outcome evaluation, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of school-based BG Club sites.
• Supervise staff and provide onboarding and ongoing training.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and member administration at sites.
• Collaborate with school site administration and BG Club leadership.
• Develop and monitor strategic plans; ensure grant compliance and sustainability.
• Promote equity, trauma-informed practices, and continuous improvement.
