Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking a Youth Development Specialist for after-school programming at multiple Appleton-area sites. You will assist with planning, supervising, and evaluating activities across academics, arts, physical education, and health for youth aged 6–18.

Responsibilities include promoting safe environments, encouraging participation, and providing positive role models. Evening Teen Center options may apply depending on center needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth development settings or teaching preferred.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate activities for youth ages 6–18.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to motivate youth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and supervising activities in academics, arts, physical education, and health.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members and promote participation.
• Maintain safe, orderly environments and document participation numbers.
• Coordinate programs at the Club and assist with reports.
