Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a part-time Youth Development Specialist for the 2026–2027 school year. You will help plan and supervise activities across academic, arts, sports, and wellness areas for youth ages 6–18, supporting safety and positive youth development.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs, promoting participation, maintaining a safe environment, and recording attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College or teaching experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of youth development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with youth ages 6-18 in varied settings.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise and evaluate activities in academic, computer lab, arts and crafts, physical education, character and citizenship, and health and wellness.
• Coordinate, promote and stimulate participation in programs.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and supervise members.
• Prepare periodic activity reports.
• Assist with daily activities and gather required equipment for programs.
