Job summary

Aspen Hope Center is hiring a School-based Clinician I, II, or III to deliver clinical mental health services in school settings from Aspen to Rifle. The role partners with school counselors and administrators to provide timely, confidential care to at-risk youth.

Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, care coordination, and collaboration with families and agencies. The position supports continuity of care within school partnerships and operates on site during school hours.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Colorado state license or license eligible (supervision to obtain within 2 years).
• Proficient in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students at school.
• Coordinate with school staff, families and partner agencies.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation within 72 hours of sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 20 to 25 students.
• Ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
