Job summary

CCRES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Owen J Roberts School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). This independent contractor (1099) role offers $75-$79 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires completing 25 billable hours, and no benefits.

Primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing positive behavior supports, monitoring data, adjusting programming, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or related program.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience working after BCBA certification.

Job description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Owen J Roberts School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).

$5,000 -Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

Placement: Elementary Schools

• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
