Job summary

CCRES Educational & Behavioral Health Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the Octorara Area School District in partnership with the CCIU. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with installments tied to billable hours, and pay ranges from $75 to $79 per hour as an independent contractor.

Placement is in a K-5th grade center with responsibilities including assessments, data-driven programming, staff training, and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program.
• BCBA certification.
• Working experience after BCBA certification.

• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

Job description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Octorara Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).

$5,000 -Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Pay- $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certfication (independent contractor / 1099).

Placement: K-5th grade center

Primary Responsibilities:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
