Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services in the Oxford Area School District, in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This independent contractor (1099) role pays $75–$79 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

Masters degree in ABA or related program.
BCBA certification and current standing.
Post-certification work experience in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
Assess a student’s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and adjust programming as needed.
Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
Train staff on positive behavior support plans and monitor fidelity.
