CCRES is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Delaware County, PA program. The BCBA will oversee intake, case management, treatment planning, supervision of staff, and collaboration with schools and service providers.
Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, monitoring outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating services across settings. The role is an independent contractor position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $85.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in the intake process, case management, selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision of program staff. Additionally, guide and assist individuals in gaining access to services, monitor service delivery, evaluate outcomes and the continued need for services.
*Bonus will be issued if the BCBA commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is an independent contractor / 1099 position. No benefits are associated with this role.
