Job summary

Applitrack seeks a Behavioral Interventionist to provide clinical consultation, coaching, and professional development to school staff. You will work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior-support plans and monitor progress using data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
BCBA certification or LBS-II preferred.
Meets Illinois licensure requirements including teaching or specialist endorsement.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven decisions using assessments.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical consultation, coaching, modeling, and professional development to staff.
Collaborate with teachers, paraeducators, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior supports and routines.
Develop individualized behavior-support strategies based on data and student response.
Conduct observations and analyze behavioral data to identify patterns and inform recommendations.
Create behavior-support materials, data sheets, and implementation guides.
Support IEP teams with FBAs and BIPs, goals, accommodations, and staff supports.
