Job summary

Career Links is seeking a dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist to support students across the Anoka-Hennepin School District. This full-time, onsite role focuses on implementing positive behavior supports, conducting behavioral assessments, and collaborating with educational teams to promote student success in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

BCBA certification or MN SPED Tier 3/4 licensure.
Experience conducting FBAs and implementing PBIS.
Ability to work across multiple school sites and teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support recommendations.
Implement PBIS to improve student outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent behavioral programming.
Provide coaching and training to school staff on behavior strategies.
Analyze behavioral data to guide programming decisions and interventions.
Support development and compliance of IEPs.
