Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a School-based Behavioral Health Therapist to deliver direct clinical counseling, assessments, and care coordination as part of an integrated care team.

The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing ISPs, and delivering evidence-based interventions, while coordinating care with physicians, case managers, and other providers to ensure services meet Medicaid and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a closely related field required.
• Must be credentialed in a behavioral health discipline or eligible for credentialing.
• Experience with CPST and TBS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop ISPs with clients and care teams.
• Provide individual counseling, group counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary partners and ensure services meet Medicaid/state requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in approved EHRs and ensure PHI confidentiality.
