Pathways Inc. - Kentucky seeks a School-Based Therapist to provide therapeutic services to students and manage a caseload in collaboration with school staff and families.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services, meticulous documentation, and adherence to licensing requirements, with licensure options including LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LPP, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, and consideration for RNs with PMH nursing certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or licensure in progress (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LPP, LPCC, LCSW or LMFT).
• ANCC Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification for Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload of students/consumers and provide therapeutic services.
• Complete and maintain accurate, current, confidential clinical records.
• Complete required assessments and documentation, including diagnostic, health, and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and review treatment plans and continuing care documentation.
• Participate in staffings, case conferences, and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and service providers.
• Provide services in line with professional standards and licensing requirements.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
