Logan Health Medical Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to join a school-based team in Kalispell, MT. You will provide individual and group therapy to K-12 students across elementary and high school settings, collaborating with teachers and staff to support student wellness and learning.

The role requires Montana licensure, school-based experience, and the ability to switch between elementary and high school environments while maintaining clinical judgment and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field required.
• Current Montana LCSW, LCPC or LMFT license required (or obtained before hire date).
• Experience in school-based environment with K-12 population.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals and liaise with stakeholders.
• Perform initial and comprehensive assessments including risk and level of care determination.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient transitions into services and discharges.
• Complete progress notes in EMR per protocol.
• Provide crisis management and connect with community resources.
