Logan Health in Kalispell, MT, is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) to join our team at Glacier High School and Rankin Elementary. You will support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic, on-site role, switching between elementary and high school settings as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field required.
• Current Montana LCSW, LCPC or LMFT license required.
• Experience working in a school-based environment with Kindergarten–12th grade population.

Responsabilités

• Triages referrals and maintains ongoing liaison with stakeholders.
• Performs initial and comprehensive assessments including diagnostic evaluation and risk assessment.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapy within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinates patient transitions into services and discharges from treatment.
• Documents progress notes and EMR entries per department protocol.
• Provides crisis management and coordinates care with medical and support staff.
