Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT, is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to join our school-based team serving Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role splits time between Glacier High School and Rankin Elementary School, offering competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in school settings with K-12 populations.
• Current Montana LCSW, LCPC or LMFT license or eligible before hire.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and assessment, crisis work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school-based team.

Responsibilities

• Triages referrals and maintains liaison with stakeholders.
• Performs initial and comprehensive assessments and risk screening.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinates transitions into services and discharges within the school setting.
• Documents progress notes in the EMR per protocol.
• Delivers crisis management and outreach to meet patient goals.
