Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a licensed clinical professional to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in a school-based setting with potential outpatient work. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or another human services related field.
• Minimum of one year post-master’s clinical experience with major mental illness or substance use treatment.
• Nebraska PLMHP or LMHP licensure required; LMHP preferred; LADC/CMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine level of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidential records and complete documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings, program development, and community outreach.
• Provide telehealth services and occasional on-call coverage.
