Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum one year of post-master’s clinical experience with major mental illness or substance use treatment.
• Nebraska PLMHP/LMHP licensure required; LADC/CMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Services (65%): Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy and counseling.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed; collaborate with other providers for integrated care.
• Crisis Intervention: respond to mental health crises, de-escalate, and provide safety planning.
• Documentation (30%): Maintain accurate, timely and confidential client records.
• Administrative Duties (5%): Participate in meetings, assist with program development and community referrals.
