Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a licensed clinician to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in a school-based setting, with potential outpatient work. The role emphasizes CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, collaborating with school staff to support student well-being.

Master’s degree in a human services field and Nebraska PLMHP/LMHP licensure or equivalent required; one year post-master’s experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed clinician required (PLMHP/LMHP preferred; LADC/CMFT preferred).
• Minimum one year post-master’s clinical experience.
• Ability to provide telehealth as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to coordinate care.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
