Brightli is seeking a School Based Support Specialist to deliver intensive outpatient case management for youth in school settings, coordinating care with families, schools, and providers, and promoting recovery and academic achievement.

The role involves crisis intervention, home visits when needed, data collection, adherence to agency protocols, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have background in case management and behavioral health planning.
• Experience coordinating with schools, families and providers.
• Understanding of ethical and legal standards in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health interventions aligned with treatment goals in school-based settings.
• Support students’ coping strategies and daily life skills.
• Participate in care coordination with schools, families, and partners.
• Manage caseload, ensure timely documentation and person-centered services.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up for missed appointments.
• Conduct home visits and outreach to support engagement.
• Assist with quality assurance, data collection and compliance.
• Participate in staff development and supervision.
