Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Specialist, Behavioral Health, School Based to provide in-school and community-based behavioral health services, including coaching, group sessions, and care planning for students, families and staff. This full-time role supports the Supervisor and Manager of School-Based Services.

You will collaborate with school personnel, implement behavior support plans, maintain documentation, and participate in trainings while promoting evidence-based practices in classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted behavior interventions and coaching in school settings.
• Facilitate skills groups, class presentations and trainings.
• Develop and implement the child's school plan and care plan with staff.
• Maintain client charting and documentation per regulatory standards.
