Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for School-Based Services in Ohio to supervise clinicians, drive program development, and strengthen relationships with schools. The position focuses on clinical leadership, documentation, and ensuring quality care within the school setting.

As a full-time on-site role, you will manage a team, oversee operations, and coordinate with school administrators to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services for students and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for the role.
• Valid unencumbered license in Ohio: LISW or PCC; LISW-S or LPCC-S within month of hire.
• 3+ years of experience in Behavioral Health.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with school-based clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives of the school-based behavioral health provider team in designated schools.
• Monitor monthly billing and utilization of school resources.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct annual reviews.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
