Job summary

Signature Health, a community-based behavioral health provider in Ohio, seeks a Supervisor, School-Based Services (Finance) to lead a team of school-based counselors and oversee program development, billing tracking, and quality of care within contracted schools.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, Ohio LISW/PCC license (LISW-S or LPCC-S within a month), and 3+ years of behavioral health and supervisory experience, with strong clinical documentation skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed in Ohio (LISW or PCC).
• LISW-S/LPCC-S within 1 month of hire preferred.
• 3+ years in Behavioral Health.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with school-based clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives of school-based provider team across designated schools.
• Monitor monthly billing and utilization of school resources.
• Coach and develop team; conduct annual reviews.
• Lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure clinical care operations and treatment plans meet standards.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and policy requirements.
