Rosecrance Behavioral Health is hiring to provide behavioral health services to identified students in Rockford Public School District. You will work in a school-based setting, collaborating with treatment providers to support students' mental health and substance use needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, CADC or LSW/LPC, and MHP eligibility per Illinois Rule 132; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and CADC or licensed social work/mental health professional.
• Eligible for MHP status under Illinois Rule 132 within 2 years of employment.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnoses and assessment techniques.
• Experience with youth who have mental illness or SUD preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Student Assistance Programming in the school setting with core team.
• Provide ongoing training with school personnel, students, and parents.
• Assess behavioral health and substance use needs of students.
• Maintain clinical records per agency policies and procedures.
• Deliver group and individual support in school and participate in SAP team meetings.
