Job summary

Rosecrance in Moline, IL is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to provide mental health rehabilitation for children, adults, and families. You will conduct individual, group, and family counseling, complete treatment plans, and ensure documentation aligns with SUPR, TJC, and Medicaid standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in psychology/counseling/social work, Illinois MHP eligibility, CADC or LSW/LPC licensure within two years, strong communication, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Must qualify as a MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
• CADC or licensed in Illinois as LSW or LPC within 2 years of employment in substance use disorder services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic health record.
• Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Complete client psychosocial and treatment plans within required timeframes.
• Identify client needs and coordinate addressal of those needs.
• Educate clients and family members on treatment and recovery steps.
• Maintain documentation in client records per regulations.
