Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CMA/EMT certification or in RN/LPN program preferred.
• Must qualify as RSA under IL DMH Rule 132.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid training to be completed within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and provide behavioral interventions to maintain therapeutic milieu.
• Facilitate therapy and psychoeducation group sessions.
• Enter client information accurately into the computerized system at admission.
• Assist with health history, vital signs, and coordination with nurses.
• Attend treatment plan and shift meetings as designated.
