Job summary

Rosecrance Mulberry Center in Rockford, IL is seeking dedicated staff to supervise clients and support addictions treatment in a therapeutic milieu. You will participate in therapy and psychoeducation groups, coordinate activities, admissions, and health checks, while maintaining accurate records in the computerized system.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CNA/CMA/EMT certification (RN/LPN in progress acceptable), RSA eligibility, CPR/BLS and First Aid within three months, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA, CMA, or EMT certification (or in RN/LPN program).
• RSA qualification per Illinois DMH Rule 132 required.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients in Health Center and units.
• Lead behavioral interventions to maintain therapeutic milieu.
• Facilitate therapy and psychoeducation group sessions.
• Coordinate client activities and admissions processes.
• Record client information accurately in the entry system.
