Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks an Associate Educational Clinical Coordinator to join our School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT). You will provide 1:1 services, groups, consultations, and coaching to support educators, students, and families in educational settings.

Work involves school sites, homes, and community settings, with direct interaction with children and adults. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven planning, and fidelity to MTSS/PBIS frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing behavior management and/or case management services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior consultation to teachers, school staff, and caregivers focusing on MTSS and PBIS.
• Mentor, coach, and support behavioral staff delivering direct services.
• Record data for students and IEP goals using electronic data collection systems.
• Model and implement positive behavioral interventions and skill development.
• Assist supervisors with plan development and assessment tasks.
• Develop program materials for individualized strategies and interventions.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and other key meetings.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers.
