Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks an experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead school-based behavioral health services across multiple sites, including telehealth. The role requires coordinating clinical teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and advancing PBIS and MTSS initiatives.

The position emphasizes program development, staff supervision, and fiscal stewardship while collaborating with county partners to deliver culturally competent care in California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• California licensure as LCSW, MFT, Ph.D. or LPHA eligible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for youth and families with internal and external providers.
• Develop and implement clinical program philosophy, objectives, standards, and procedures.
• Analyze outcome data to improve clinical service delivery and monitor outcome achievement and satisfaction.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and supervise staff and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, quality, IT, HR, and regulatory standards.
• Provide 24/7 availability as needed and ensure culturally responsive service.
• Manage day-to-day operations and resources to support department needs.
