Job summary

Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across school sites, community locations, and via telehealth. SBIT operates within MTSS and PBIS, focusing on Wellness Center implementation, Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, and evidence-based practices to support Community School efforts.

Under general direction, the role manages multiple clinical programs’ staff and operations, ensuring youth, adults, and families receive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum five years direct clinical experience; supervisory experience.
• California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D. required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of programs, assessing strengths and needs for improvement.
• Develops and manages program budgets, assesses opportunities for growth.
• Promotes CQI and leads related forums and staff training.
• Represents agency to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
