Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking a School Based Behavioral Health Clinician II to join a multidisciplinary team in a school-based health center.

You will provide screening, education, and evidence-based psychological interventions for students and families, coordinating with school staff to meet diverse needs. The role follows the Orange County School District calendar (10 months) and requires NC licensure in LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LCMHC, with 3 years of relevant clinical experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• Valid North Carolina professional license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCMHC.
• 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in behavioral health, care coordination, or chronic disease management.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary school-based treatment team to provide holistic behavioral health services.
• Provide screening, consultation, education, evidence-based psychological interventions and treatment for students/families.
• Support treatment planning with school counselors, administrators, social workers, and teachers.
• Follow policies and professional practice standards and liaise with school system teams.
