Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for the School Health Alliance to coordinate and provide behavioral health services for students, families, and school staff. You will deliver direct clinical care, perform mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with community resources to support students across the continuum of care.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• Licensed in NC to practice in the discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient, evidence-based mental health evaluation and counseling for students.
• Complete mental health risk screenings using SHA protocols.
• Interpret evaluations and progress to students and families.
• Develop treatment plans with students and parents/guardians.
• Provide crisis interventions and participate in Area Crisis Response Team.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff on behavioral health services.
• Document mental health information in medical records per SHA policies.
• Coordinate referrals with community resources and assist enrollment.
• Report suspected abuse/neglect to community agencies.
• Provide training for schools on behavioral health services.
