TrueCare in California seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to support students in school settings, lead small groups, conduct individual check-ins, and assist in identifying at-risk youth. You will collaborate with teachers and families to determine the most appropriate level of care and track progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, active BBS or psychology board registration, and experience with schools.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or PhD/PsyD in Psychology.
• Active registration with BBS as pre-licensed ACSW/AMFT/APCC or Board of Psychology as pre/post-licensed.
• Experience with middle school students and school settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work in schools, facilitate small groups and individual check-ins.
• Assist in detecting at-risk patients and assessing clinical status to determine appropriate care level.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and care teams to support student wellbeing.
