The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with behavioral challenges as a BCBA or LBS for a minimum of one year. Responsibilities may include conducting Functional Behavior Analyses, analyzing data, developing Behavior Support Plans, developing interventions utilizing research-based and evidence-based approaches, consulting and communicating regularly with the support team, and attending IEP meetings.
