Job summary

Aspire Child & Family Services in southeastern PA is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (LBS) to join our growing team. You will work across centers, homes, schools, and community settings to deliver high-quality ABA services with a compassionate, skilled team.

The ideal candidate is PA-licensed (LBS) or has BCBA in process, with a Master’s in ABA and a strong commitment to helping children and adolescents. You will supervise technicians and base treatments on data, while maintaining a manageable

Qualifications

• Active PA Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) in good standing or an active LBS with BCBA in process.
• Master’s degree from an ABA program or equivalent.
• Passion for providing quality services to young children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior health technicians.
• Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS).
• Oversee treatment and modify based on data.
• Manage a reasonable caseload (25 per week average).
