Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year in the San Bernardino area. You will support students with special needs in K-12 school settings, implement behavior plans, and provide one-on-one instructional support in the classroom.

This full-time role follows school hours, Monday–Friday, with ABA-based approaches, collaboration with teachers and clinicians, and opportunities for paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with students in school or treatment settings.
Background check and TB clearance as state requires.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Driver's license may be required.
BA III level requires Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Implement IEPs and BIPs for students.
Provide one-on-one instructional support.
Apply ABA methodologies to target behaviors.
Respond to crisis using Pro-ACT, CPI, or CPR.
Monitor students during class, breaks, meals, and transport.
Record daily data on behavior and progress.
Communicate progress with teachers and supervisors.
