Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year in the Redlands area, with hours aligned to school schedules. The role involves implementing IEPs/BIPs and providing one-on-one instructional support to students with diverse needs, using ABA strategies to meet targeted goals.

Collaboration with teachers and clinical staff is essential. Position offers full-time hours, benefits, paid training, paid sick leave, daily pay, and milestone bonuses up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable per state.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
