Job summary

Blue Horizons is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians to support students with special needs in Torrance public schools. You will work closely with teachers to implement individualized plans and maintain a safe, structured learning environment.

Pay starts at $23 per hour with a Monday–Friday day schedule. Full-time, long-term placement, AB1172 and BT/CPI certifications required; background checks and health documentation must be completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BT Certification and CPI Certification required.
• AB1172 training and certification required.
• Background screening and health documentation must be provided.
• Experience with children or students with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students and assist the classroom team with daily educational and behavioral needs.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment in public school campuses.
