Zusammenfassung

Ro Health is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students across Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You’ll work directly with students in school settings, applying ABA under BCBA guidance to help them progress toward their IEP goals.

This role offers flexible schedules, clinical support from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities to grow toward RBT certification and advanced school-based roles. Competitive pay and benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifikationen

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, or in a behavioral setting preferred.
  • Experience in ABA or an RBT certification is preferred but not required for all opportunities.

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students using ABA and implement individualized treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA guidance.
  • Support students in working toward goals outlined in IEPs, including behavior regulation, communication, social skills, independence, and academic engagement.
  • Collect and accurately document data on student behavior and skill development and communicate observations with the BCBA and school team.
  • Help students build independence across classroom routines, transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
  • Use proactive, evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and support students through challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school personnel to promote consistency across the student’s school environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical supervision to strengthen your skills and support student progress.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards while working within the school environment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
