Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This position offers 1:1 ABA therapy aligned with BCBA-designed plans and the flexibility of full-time or flexible scheduling, with hourly pay $23–$25.

Based in Oceanside Unified School District, you’ll work in diverse school settings, collect data on behavior and progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and staff. Join a trusted staffing partner focused on your growth and the students’ success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA behavior therapy under BCBA plans.
• Assist students with IEP goals including behavior, social, and academics.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition and adjust strategies with BCBAs.
• Promote independence in daily routines and transitions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive strategies.
• Communicate with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in meetings, training, and supervision.
