Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to join a supportive school team in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students who require behavioral and educational support while collaborating with teachers, specialists, and other school professionals.

The BT will deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support, implement behavior plans, and track progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, preferably in a school setting.
• RBT certification is welcome but not required.
• Background working with students with significant behavioral challenges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and intervention strategies as directed by the behavioral team.
• Track, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes.
• Partner with teachers, specialists, and staff to promote student success and positive outcomes.
• Help create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
