Job summary

GAMUT Behavioral Services is seeking motivated educators to support students in school-based settings as Behavior Technicians. Training will be provided for those new to ABA or related fields.

BTs work one-on-one with students, implementing goals and collecting data to monitor progress, with flexible full-time or part-time options and a schedule Monday through Friday during school hours.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to complete documentation on a mobile device.
• Experience in school settings or supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a student in a classroom setting.
• Implement individualized goals designed by a special education teacher/BCBA.
• Gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and progress toward goals.
