Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based placements for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role focuses on ABA-based 1:1 therapy with students, implementing BIPs and supporting IEP goals in school settings.

Positions available in California with Monday–Friday school hours. Ro Health provides clinical supervision, credentialing support, and a pathway for career growth within ABA and school-based roles.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—Ro Health can help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support student progress and your development
