Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans, work with students using ABA to reduce challenging behaviors, collect data, and support teachers.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• ABA experience of 6 months required, 1 year preferred.
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, SLP or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
