Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) professionals to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. The role involves implementing individualized plans, teaching essential skills, and recording session data under BCBA supervision.

Excellent growth paths include training, mentorship, and pathways to RBT certification. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress, document session data, and coordinate with BCBAs and families.
